Before taking a new job, consider these areas:

1.      Relationships with: Manager, Peers, Subordinates and Work/life balance

  1. Location/commute: Will it impede your ability to do things that are important to you, your significant other or children?
  2. Travel: Will having a job that requires frequent overnight travel be an issue?
  3. Amount of work: It's reasonable to assume that many professional jobs will require you to do the work necessary to complete the job.
  4. Growth opportunities

6.      The company’s: Values, Leadership, Industry: are products that which you would want to be associated? and financial considerations

7.      Base pay

8.      Incentive pay
